This is my 4th time at an Ayurvedic center in Kerala and this is the best one I've been at. The warmth of the staff, the availability of staffs, the hellos every morning, the food, the treatments, the accommodations. What makes Ayur Bethaniya even extra special is their integrative healthcare.They have yoga every day with an incredible yoga teacher who incorporates pranayama into the practice and really takes the time to help us or she helped me land in my body, land in my breath. The doctors are fantastic. And from what I said earlier, they have an Ayurvedic gynecologist, which I found really, really cool because back in Canada, they give you antidepressants.
